We are working with Donald Ward Recycling of Ilkeston, on the new £5 million process plant, providing network structured data cabling for the new plant system, which includes CCTV management, Avaya VOIP communications and network administration over fibre optic links.
The structured network will help with PLC (programmable logic controller) systems within the plant and client networking. |

Leicester City Council builds new children's centres. Icon Networks is working with Leicester City Council to provide data cabling for there new children's centres within the city centre. The structured system will be for the centre's administration staff and for internet connection for the children. Icon is working with ADC Krone as the sole solution provider. |

Icon Networks to Provide Network for the new Samworth Brothers - Blueberry Foods. Samworth Brothers is in the process of building a new factory in Kirby Muxloe Leicester for providing deserts for Marks & Spencer's. Icon has been commissioned to install a fully structured data cabling system within a IP rated environment for Food Standards. The system includes fibre optic backbone links from the existing factory and disaster recovery links. Also a new wireless LAN system for production scanners will be installed in key areas. |

N-Power commissioned new data network for their regional Headquarters in Burton-upon-Trent. Icon networks working closely with Freddrick Lamb Electrical to installed a new Cat5e Data network in the refurbished property. This network incorporated AV systems and CCTV. |

Icon Networks has just completed the final section of the new data network at the main Council Offices for Charnwood Borough Council. The install included a fully structured system with fibre optic links and 2100 UTP data cables to new cabinet layout. The Installation was completed over a year whilst the existing network was running. |
